Lipani Designs installs over 90% of all of our clients, however, we do offer consulting and design services for the do-it-yourselfers.  

Whether it's a framing plan for a pergola or HOA, or a simple layout for the front yard, we can help.  Don't be intimidated by high-cost architectural services.  Lipani Designs can do simple hand designs for much less that can work for you.  There is no need to spend thousands on a design firm when the same can be accomplished for a fraction of those costs.  These plans are often what we use ourselves for the installations we offer.
